Do you remember what you were doing in 2007?
One thing marked in our diary was the birth of Partner Electronics. We started the business believing that people needed what we were offering and, despite starting in a global recession, we were right.
Growth Comes from Partnerships and People
Yes, we’re an engineering company, working to create designs and technology for clients with innovative ideas. But, more than that, we’re supporting ambitious businesses with product developments – supporting your business growth and building futures.
We’ve been looking back over 15 years in business and have focused on the partnerships which have shaped us.
Our Clients
The support of our clients has, of course, been fundamental to our achievements. You come to us with ideas or proposals, looking for the solutions to take your offering to the next level – so you can take your business to the next level.
Some of you have been with us for a long time, your business changing alongside ours. You’ve invested in your future with new developments, while we’ve developed our processes and services to support you better.
Our returning clients – with products designed for continuous development – reflect our aim to provide future scalability in our solutions, supporting you with opportunities for future growth.
We’ve learnt from the hundreds of projects we’ve completed, learning which helps us in each new development. Thank you
“Our initial development was needed quickly to enable us to get out to market. The team at Partner Electronics worked effectively to build a solution which could launch when we needed, while also designing it with scope for future development.” Justin – Cipher Surgical
Our Team
We’re not the same team we were 15 years ago. While some have left, more have joined, and – with many staying with us – the business has grown.
The loyalty to Partner Electronics isn’t to the name, to those of us who started the company, or even to the office and the view. People stick with us because we are a team committed to supporting our clients, sharing skills and knowledge to help others, and exploring new technologies for interesting projects.
Within our team, we support each individual. Everyone who joins us has a chance to develop their skills and specialities – picking a field of interest, learning how to manage projects, and benefiting from personal development.
As our team continues to grow, we’re pleased to offer regular opportunities for undergraduate placements and graduate recruitment. Those who join us will develop their skills within a supportive team, working alongside our client businesses and experiencing a variety of projects. Likewise we, as a company, benefit from their new perspectives and recent learning. For those graduates who stay with us, there is the opportunity to develop and be challenged; we’re pleased to be helping build futures.
At Partner Electronics we have people with a huge range of experience, you put it all together and it’s a lot of years – I’m not going to tell you how many, but it’s a big number.
“Product development always brings unknown issues, normally when you’re just about to launch. Our teams work so well together, with Partner Electronics understanding what we want and how to get it, we’re able to resolve any issues quickly and get it right.” Stacey Lucas – Sontay
Our Community
We’re part of the Silverstone Technology Cluster, supporting engineering within our area and part of the bigger Oxford – Milton Keynes – Cambridge Super Cluster. These organisations give us the chance to expand our knowledge and our network, acting as a community within the industry and supporting our business growth.
Our community is also the local community. Working with local businesses and organisations has always been important to us. As an organisation, we get involved in local events and support the Towcester Larder which provides discounted groceries from supermarket surplus. Additionally, we encourage members of the team to get involved with local sports teams and groups, giving them time for their involvement in our ‘Service to Others’ days. This involvement in our wider society is important for all of us, individually and as a company.
What does it take to build a business?
It takes people and partnerships to build a business. We’re grateful for this opportunity to recognise those who have been part of Partner Electronics past 15 years, and we look forward to continued work and collaboration in the future. Thank you for being a part of it.
